ISPA Japan was established in Canada in 1994 as a sister organization of ISPA to introduce the most advanced cruising lifestyle of the modern era to Japan and to disseminate it in 2001 It is a specific nonprofit corporation (NPO) that started activities from.
In 2016 he joined Sail Training International as a representative group of Japan, headquartered in the United Kingdom, and started training international people through disseminating sail training to young people.
